The Dongchuang Company project is located in Longwang Industrial Park, Caidian Economic Development Zone, Wuhan. It stretches west to Longwang Avenue, south to Longwang Third Road, east to Longwang East Road, and north to Quanli Fifth Road. The total construction land area of the project is 59608 square meters. The project will be implemented in two phases.

The first phase of the project started in December 2008 and was completed in October 2010, with a total investment of 28 million yuan. It included the construction of C3 and C4 factories, comprehensive buildings, related supporting roads, green pipelines, etc., with a total construction area of 10067.6 square meters.

The second phase of the project plans to construct a 52518.25 square meter warehouse and related supporting facilities (including Factory Building 1, ramps and auxiliary buildings, Factory Building 2, overhead unloading platform, Shift Building 1, Shift Building 2, and security guards, with a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan. The relevant land planning, construction planning, fire protection, landscaping, and other approval and construction procedures have been completed.
